David Kimmel, Ph.D.
Director for Center-Based Services and the Family Expectations Program Director
With more than 30 years of experience in the areas of leadership, management, training and development, Dr. Kimmel is an invaluable asset to the Family Expectations (FE) program. David directly oversees the FE daily program operations including community outreach, recruitment, retention, education services delivery, extended activities, family support services, community resource referrals and data tracking.
Patrick Marc-Charles
Education Services and Recruitment Manager
A competent and compassionate leader with more 28 years of leadership and management experience, Mr. Marc-Charles directs the efforts of 38 staff members. His many responsibilities include community relations and recruitment, site visits to community partner sites, workshop and training observations and analyzing data to improve delivery of educational services.
Yolanda Nall
Family Support Manager
As the Family Support Manager, Ms. Nall oversees all Family Support functions. In addition to overseeing the daily tasks of the Family Support Coordinators (FSCs), Ms. Nall facilitates discussions regarding best practices in case management, coordinates training sessions for FSCs and directs Quality Improvement efforts within the department.
Yumari Bolivar
Community Relations Intake Specialist Lead
As a Lead Community Relations Intake Specialist, Ms. Bolivar’s duties include engaging potential Family Expectations program participants, informing them of eligibility requirements and guiding eligible parties through the screening process. She is also responsible for raising awareness of the Family Expectations (FE) Program through community partnerships with various local service agencies.
Shane Phillips
Community Relations Intake Specialist Lead
As a Lead Community Relations Intake Specialist for Family Expectations, Mr. Phillips is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships within the community, overseeing outreach and recruitment efforts and conducting intakes. His positive and outgoing personality allows him to build rapport quickly with couples, co-workers and various community organizations.
Chabria Dorsey-Easter
Family Support Supervisor
Being a former FE couple, a Family Support Coordinator and now a Family Support Supervisor, Ms. Dorsey-Easter brings knowledge and experience to her team of Family Support Coordinators (FSCs). She works with this team to implement effective strategies to help couples maintain, strengthen and build their relationships.
Claudia Cane
Family Support Supervisor
As a Family Support Supervisor, Ms. Cane manages a team of Family Support Coordinators and their caseloads. She conducts weekly individual supervision meetings, oversees quality and quantity of work, and encourages and supports the professional development of staff. Ms. Cane is also charged with supervising staff cases to evaluate couple progress, needs and challenges.
Lesley Garrison
Education Services Supervisor
As the Education Services Supervisor, Ms. Garrison oversees all Family Life Educators and Education Services staff, including conducting observations, monthly supervisions, annual evaluations and leading Family Life Educator meetings. She is also charged with determining the number of cohorts and scheduling Family Life Educators.
Annie Minnigh
Project Coordinator
For the past three years, Ms. Minnigh has dedicated her time to assisting couples. As a Family Support Coordinator in the Family Expectations program, she met with couples and helped them learn skills to improve their marriages. Currently, Ms. Minnigh is the Family Expectations Project Coordinator and assists the Program Director to ensure the success of the program.
